.Arisholmen is a small island and former pilot station 10 km south of Fredrikstad , which is available for rental on a daily, weekend or weekly basis. Arisholmen is owned by Fredrikstad municipality and administered by Isegran Fartøyvern.  On the island there are good mooring possibilities for boats and large green areas suitable for play and activities. There are also good fishing spots and a fantastic archipelago in the immediate vicinity.

There is accommodation for up to 16 people indoors with 12 beds in the main house and four in the annex.
There are kitchen facilities in both buildings, but toilet and shower only in the main house.

 

Arisholmen is a popular destination and we request that applications for rental be sent by the end of February after which we will process the applications and respond as soon as possible.

Fredrikstad Municipality wishes to prioritize the use of Arisholmen for children and youth and this is taken into account when allocating rental contracts.
